However, another element of the leadership assessment is also the overall personality assessment that includes psychometric parameters including Emotional Intelligence, Thought leadership models, as well as, Industry acceptance or recognition for a particular leader.
Here, we do a rigorous assessment of the depth of critical experience in the related field, industry relevance , project management experience, as well as the relevant projects he/she would have led in his/her career span. It is sometimes very important for our client to find leaders with experience in the same industry e.g. e-Commerce client working with us to find leaders from flipkart, amazon etc.
